With more than 13 years of executive search experience, Tyler has built a reputation for thoughtful counsel, deep market knowledge, and genuine commitment to the people behind every search.
His career began in the Middle East, where he developed a strong recruitment foundation before joining The Newport Group, a boutique agency focused on executive placements within Oil & Energy.
In 2014, Tyler founded SECCA Search Group to create a relationship-focused firm built around long-term alignment. His leadership philosophy centers on mentorship over management, fostering collaboration, growth, and integrity.
