Financial Analyst 

Compensation: $120K–$140K base + Bonus

About the Role

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the division’s financial operations through reporting, financial analysis, data management, and process improvement. This position works closely with operational and financial leadership to ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong financial controls, and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.

What you’ll do:

Analyze financial reports, variances, trends, and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain, reconcile, and validate divisional financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
Support financial reporting processes and assist leadership with recurring and ad hoc financial analysis.
Partner with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments.
Assist with banking relationships, cash reporting, financial documentation, and related reporting requirements.
Track and maintain property tax accounts, including projections, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, operational efficiency, and data integrity.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Excellent attention to detail with experience reconciling and validating financial information.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within homebuilding, residential construction, real estate development, or a related industry strongly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial reporting systems.
