Compensation: Starting at $80k/year base, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications

About the Role
The Senior Lemon Law Paralegal will play a key role in supporting a growing lemon law practice through case management, legal support, document organization, and attorney coordination. This position is an immediate priority due to an upcoming transition, and the firm would like to bring someone on while the current paralegal is still in place to allow for proper knowledge transfer and training overlap.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal who understands lemon law or plaintiff-side litigation and can step into a busy legal environment with minimal ramp-up time. The firm is continuing to grow and is preparing to move into a larger Beverly Hills office, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability and growth.
What you’ll do:
- Support attorneys with active lemon law matters from intake through litigation and case resolution.
- Manage and organize case files, client documents, discovery materials, deadlines, and court-related filings.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members to keep cases moving efficiently.
- Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and help ensure all required filings and case milestones are completed on time.
- Support deposition preparation, discovery organization, and litigation-related case management tasks.
- Help maintain strong internal organization and workflow consistency across a growing legal team.
- Step into responsibilities quickly and support a smooth transition while the current paralegal is still available for training and knowledge transfer.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior lemon law experience strongly preferred.
- Strong paralegal experience within litigation, plaintiff-side practice, consumer law, or a related legal environment.
- Ability to manage cases with minimal ramp-up time.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience handling deadlines, legal documents, case files, and attorney support responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable work style.
- Long-term interest in growing with a busy and expanding legal team
Required Skills:
- Lemon law, litigation, or plaintiff-side case support experience.
- Strong case management and document organization skills.
