Compensation: Approximately $150k–$200k+ base, depending on experience

About the Role
The Workers’ Compensation Attorney will join a fast-growing law firm that is actively expanding across Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. This role is a strong fit for an attorney who is committed to litigation, values long-term growth, and is comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.
The firm is open to candidates at multiple experience levels, including entry-level, junior, mid-level, and senior attorneys. Workers’ Compensation experience is strongly preferred, but candidates without direct WC experience may still be considered if they have a genuine interest in building their career in this practice area.
What you’ll do:
- Handle Workers’ Compensation matters based on experience level and readiness.
- Support or independently manage cases involving hearings, litigation strategy, case preparation, and client advocacy.
- Work closely with the legal team to move cases forward efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, law and motion work, and litigation management as applicable.
- Develop strong working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation practice and procedure.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and support long-term case strategy.
- Contribute to a fast-paced litigation environment with a strong work ethic and commitment to results.
- Grow within the firm, with opportunities for increased responsibility based on performance and experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Workers’ Compensation attorney experience preferred, but not required for candidates with strong potential and genuine interest.
- Applicant-side or defense-side Workers’ Compensation backgrounds are both acceptable.
- Litigation experience is helpful, especially for junior and mid-level candidates.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to litigation.
- Stable employment history.
- Long-term career interest with the firm.
- Ability to work fully in-office.
- Spanish language skills preferred, but not required.
- Candidates who are motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a demanding legal environment.
Required Skills:
- Workers’ Compensation, litigation, or transferable legal experience.
- Case management and legal analysis.
- Hearing, deposition, law and motion, or litigation support experience preferred depending on level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
