🔹 Position: Land Acquisition Project Manager

📍 Location: Sacramento, CA (Roseville Office)

SECCA Search Group is looking for a Land Acquisition Project Manager on behalf of a national, well-funded privately held homebuilder. This role is key in ensuring the success of land acquisition and development processes, from project inception through escrow closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Feasibility & Due Diligence: Manage feasibility studies, engage consultants, and assess potential risks for new land acquisitions.
• • Title Review & Land Planning: Oversee title reviews and contribute to land planning efforts to optimize development potential.
• • Site Visits & Environmental Assessments: Conduct site visits and collaborate with consultants to complete necessary environmental reviews.
• • Entitlement & Approval Process: Assist in securing project entitlements and developing submission strategies for local approvals.
• • Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Help prepare financing budgets/packages to support land acquisitions and development.
• • Project Coordination: Ensure engineering plans and project timelines are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

• • 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, development, or project management within residential homebuilding.
• • Strong knowledge of land feasibility, entitlements, and regulatory processes.
• • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred.
• • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
