Compensation: $60k/year base + comissions
Location: In-Office | LA County (Pico Rivera, Moorpark, South El Monte & El Monte, etc).
Company: Nationally Recognized Homebuilder (Publicly Traded).

About the Role

We are seeking a Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish speaking Sales Representative to join a growing sales team for a leading national homebuilder. This role provides the stability of a top publicly traded builder, combined with the close-knit environment of a boutique division offering direct access to leadership and career advancement.

What you’ll do:

  • Represent new home communities and guide buyers through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
  • Manage contracts, financing, and closing coordination.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Licensed Real Estate professional (required).
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish.
  • Previous new home sales or homebuilding experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and top production.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
