About the Role:
The VP / Director of Finance is a high-visibility role responsible for overseeing financial operations, implementing scalable processes, and providing strategic guidance to executive leadership. This position combines hands-on management of financial reporting and analysis with strategic planning, operational insight, and team leadership.

What you’ll do:
Financial Oversight & Strategy:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Provide actionable insights to executive leadership to support growth and profitability.
Operational Finance:
Implement scalable financial structures, streamline reporting processes, and ensure accurate, timely financial information.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to maximize performance and professional growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with operations, sales, and project teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in residential development or related industries.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational capability.
Proven ability to implement scalable financial processes and reporting structures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to executive leadership.
Track record of influencing business decisions and driving organizational growth.
