About the Company

SECCA Search Group is partnering with a leading U.S. privately held homebuilder to hire a VP of Finance who will lead all financial operations and strategy across the Arizona division. This executive role is perfect for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive fiscal performance, compliance, and strategic growth.

What you’ll do:

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal financial regulations.
Collaborate with construction, land, and executive teams to align financial strategy with operational goals.
Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and recommend improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

What we’re looking for: 

10+ years of finance leadership experience in residential or commercial development.
Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting standards.
Experience leading finance teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
