About the Role:
The VP of Sales is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the sales organization across multiple communities. This position combines strategic oversight, operational execution, and team mentorship, providing direct influence on divisional growth, process improvement, and performance optimization.

What you’ll do:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and scale sales operations across multiple active communities. Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute divisional growth strategies.
Team Development & Coaching:
Recruit, mentor, and inspire sales leadership and consultant teams to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Operational Excellence:
Drive process improvements, reporting standards, and sales methodologies that maximize efficiency and results.
Market Analysis & Positioning:
Monitor local market trends, buyer demographics, and competitive activity to inform pricing and sales tactics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, construction, and executive teams to align community launches and absorption strategies with sales goals.
Performance Accountability:
Track KPIs, review sales results, and implement action plans to ensure consistent performance across all communities.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of new home sales experience, with leadership oversight across multiple communities.
Proven track record of coaching, scaling, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence executive leadership.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility roles with a focus on results.
